When our client acquired this 1700’s Litchfield Hills farm house, he sought to update all the living spaces, but retain the charm and character of the original home and it bucolic setting.
Our scope of work included designing new, but historically appropriate traditional elements.
We created a new kitchen, bathrooms and upgraded the electrical, lighting and HVAC systems. At the same time, we integrated new insulation to improve energy efficiency of a very authentic period structure.
