Our practice combines the art and science of building into one practice. Julia is a Fully Licensed Architect in three states with over 20 years of experience, aiming to achieve energy efficient homes that are new build or renovations, we not only comply with current energy requirements, we aim to exceed those standards by balancing the function of daily life with the highest understanding of materials and building science. We give our clients the best information available to help them make the best decisions for their needs and budgets.

We also focus our practice on creating energy efficient residential homes. We aim to achieve “Net Zero” on all of our new construction projects and we aim for the best efficiency with our renovation projects. Learn more about Net Zero HERE.

Commercial Services

We work on a variety of small to mid-size “light” commercial projects.

INTERIOR DESIGN

We offer a complete interior design service, for residential clients hoping to marry the architectural aesthetic to the interior feel of the space. Our projects reflect our client’s personality, with that we show a wide range of style with modern sensibility. The finesse of our projects allow a subtle details, from chintz to contemporary minimal we truly love design at its core. We believe design as an evolution of style that should be integrated into the overall architecture of the space.

LIGHTING DESIGN

With a 10-year background in lighting design in both residential and commercial environments, we are fully versed with the latest in wide variety LED lighting and complex dimming systems. Our homes and commercial spaces balance the latest technologies while allowing the lighting to highlight the key design features in any project.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The Construction Phase of any project can be complex, but hiring a Architect with 20 years of Project Management and Construction Experience can help streamline the process to a series of decisions that result in a beautiful project. Budget analysis and understanding the submittal process create a well organized series of decisions for any owner.
